       3种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在不同介质中浸泡72 h后测试拉伸剪切强度,结果如表6所示。表6  72 h后3种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的拉伸剪切强度由表6可知,MO-1硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在不同介质中的平均拉伸剪切强度为14.93 MPa, MO-1平均拉伸剪切强度分别比MO-2, MO-3高4.45 MPa,5.27 MPa通过对比结果可知MO-1的拉伸剪切强度最高,符合GB/T528-2010标准。
       3种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在不同介质中的粘接强度保持率如表7所示。

       由表7可知,MO-1硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在不同介质中的平均粘结强度保持率为97.25% , MO-1平均粘结强度分别比MO-孰MO-3高14.5% ,18.8%。通过对比结果可知MO-1的平均粘结强度保持率最高,耐腐蚀性能最佳。适用期试验结果在MO-1, MO-2 , MO-3硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶中分别加人不同比例碳酸钙,记录表干时间,试验结果如图3所示。
       纳米碳酸钙质量分数/%图3纳米碳酸钙质量分数对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶适用期的影响由图3可知,纳米碳酸钙与硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶适用期成反比,随着纳米碳酸钙质量分数的增大,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的适用期会随之缩短。当纳米碳酸钙质量分数大于7%时适用期降低的速度放缓;当纳米碳酸钙质量分数等于10%时,MO-1 , MO-2, MO-3双组份聚硫硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的适用期分别为0.5,1.0,1.5 h,比纳米碳酸钙质量低时适用期缩短。综上可知:随着纳米碳酸钙质量分数的增大,会促进液体聚硫橡胶的固化,使整个双组份聚硫硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的适用期缩短。根据建筑的特殊要求,一般选择加入10%纳米碳酸钙0.5 h的MO-1双组份聚硫硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶适用期最合适。www.sdyuantai.com
