聚氨酯密封胶按照固化原理主要分为两类。一是双组份固化型，双组份聚氨酯密封胶使用时需要将A}I3组分按一定比例混合，A和13中的成分在室温或者加热时通过化学反应形成网状结构。使用时一般需要混胶或者使用专用的设备，通过调整A和B比例、催化剂和交联剂活性，就可以调整固化速率。双组分硅橡胶在使用中由于受到混合比例和混合均匀程度的影响，会导致性能的差异。二是单组分固化型，该类密封胶固化时需要利用空气中的水蒸气，反应形成三维的网状结构;由于室温固化，使用方便，应用非常广泛。目前在汽车车灯领域使用前景最好的的是湿气固化型单组分室温硫化聚氨酯密封胶川。

单组分聚氨酯密封胶一般由端轻基聚二甲基硅氧烷(基胶)、固化剂、固化催化剂、无机填料等组成，物料混合后固化剂可以与端轻基聚二甲基硅氧烷发生缩合反应，生成活性硅封端的端轻基聚二甲基硅氧烷，后者与空气中的湿气反应而交联固化，固化原理见图1。最常用的基胶为端轻基聚二甲基硅氧烷，其他的还包括端轻基聚乙基或苯基硅氧烷，或者是二者的共聚物或混合

为了提高硅轻基与固化剂的反应速度，以及活性硅基与水反应并相互缩合的速度，降低胶料固化时间，加快固化速度，使胶体能够在较短时间内就具有一定的力学性能、勃结性能或密封性能，大多数的湿气固化室温硫化型( RTV)聚氨酯密封胶配方中添加固化催化剂。固化催化剂包括各种有机金属盐如有机锡或钦酸酷类，如辛酸钾、辛酸亚锡、二丁基二月桂酸锡、二丁基氧化锡、二丁基锡乙酞丙酮(或乙酞乙酸乙酷)配合物、钦酸丁酷、钦酸异丙酷、或各种钦酸酷配合物等。其用量一般占体系质量分数的0.0100~0.5000

无机填料包括气相二氧化硅、沉淀二氧化硅、硅微粉、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、氧化镁、氧化铝、氧化锌、碳酸钙、云母粉、高岭土等，填料可以起到增加强度、降低成本、增加硬度、阻燃、耐温、导热等作用。

配方中还可以包括其他添加剂，如附着力促进剂(增勃剂)、轻基清除剂、结构控制剂、稀释剂等，以及用以改善勃结效果、储存稳定性、流动等。www.sdyuantai.com
