对比了4种常用聚氨酯密封胶对EPDM防水卷材的剥离粘结性，确定了EPDM防水卷材搭接的最佳聚氨酯密封胶和搭接工艺。结果表明，SIPS聚氨酯密封胶与EPDM防水卷材粘结性能最好，经基面处理剂处理后可实现100%内聚破坏，搭接适宜长度为2030 mm,搭接厚度续5 mm，可作为EPDM防水卷材基底胶和搭接胶的两用胶。

三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材(EPDM防水卷材)是以三元乙丙橡胶(乙烯、丙烯和少量非共扼二烯烃的共聚物)掺人适量丁基橡胶、硫化剂、促进剂和补强剂等，经密炼、挤出成型等工序加工而成的。其分子主链结构由稳定的饱和烃组成，没有不饱和键，受到臭氧、紫外线、湿热等作用时，不易断裂，因而具有极优的耐老化性能;但是，由于其主链极性差，也存在粘接困难的问题。虽有报道指出可采用单组分聚脉作为EPDM防水卷材搭接胶，但是采用该系统作为防水层时，卷材的搭接宽度不少于100 mm，造成了极大的浪费。实际上，建筑工程中常常采用聚氨酯密封胶进行卷材和混凝土之间的封边处理;也有将聚氨酯密封胶用于TPO卷材铺装搭接，并形成整体应用方案的先例。探索聚氨酯密封胶用于EPDM防水卷材搭接应用的可行性，对该类系统整体防水方案的设计优化具体极其重要的意义。

建筑工程常用的聚氨酯密封胶有中性硅酮聚氨酯密封胶(SR聚氨酯密封胶)、聚氨酯密封胶(PU聚氨酯密封胶)、硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶(SPU聚氨酯密封胶)。本文采用上述3种聚氨酯密封胶及自制的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶(SIPE聚氨酯密封胶)作为EPDM防水卷材的搭接胶，通过剥离粘结性对比，确定粘接效果最佳的聚氨酯密封胶;同时，对施工过程中涉及到的搭接宽度和搭接厚度进行分析，确定搭接工艺;并对聚氨酯密封胶用于EPDM防水卷材搭接，按照JC/T 863-2011《高分子防水卷材胶粘剂》阎进行整体性能评价。www.sdyuantai.com
