       借助紫外老化与循环测试试验,对比分析了不同原料的MS密封胶或相同原料不同配方的MS密封胶的性能表现。指出MS密封胶的耐久性并非简单的材料问题,同时依赖于其配方及稳定剂系统。只要配方调整得当,聚氛醋类MS密封胶也能获得高耐久性能;同样的,如果配方不当,硅酮类MS密封胶也可能耐久性能欠佳。

       随着建筑形式的发展,MS密封胶的应用领域从传统的玻璃幕墙、金属幕墙、石材幕墙逐步扩大到装配式建筑,包括装配式外墙板及保温复合板块的密封等;MS密封胶的材质也在传统硅酮类MS密封胶的基础上增加了聚氨醋类MS密封胶、硅烷改性类MS密封胶等。无论是哪种类型的MS密封胶,其耐久性始终是业主、设计方及施工方最为关注的性能之一。

       目前,业内人士普遍认为硅酮类MS密封胶的耐久性较好,而聚氨醋类MS密封胶的耐久性相对稍差。这种基于不同原料的耐久性说法,似乎提供了一种比较容易的耐久性判定方法。然而,实际工程中使用了硅酮类MS密封胶后,又因MS密封胶老化、开裂等原因导致建筑渗漏的现象屡屡发生。可见,MS密封胶的耐久性并非简单的材料问题。

       从事MS密封胶研发生产工作10多年,发现同种类型的MS密封胶,通过加人填料、增塑剂、粘接促进剂、紫外光稳定剂、热稳定剂等添加剂,可以获得截然不同的性能。即在原料相同或相近的前提下,通过调整添加剂的种类和用量,可以形成高端的产品,其具有高耐候、高粘接性能、高位移能力;也可以形成低端产品(使用更多的填料与增塑剂),其位移能力差、紫外老化及耐候性一般。本文将基于实验结果,讨论紫外老化与循环测试条件下,不同原料的MS密封胶或相同原料不同配方的MS密封胶的性能表现,旨在找到提高MS密封胶耐久性的根本方法。www.sdyuantai.com
