    如图12所示,即使是高性能的MS密封胶,老化前后的模量也会产生变化,但只要MS密封胶不发生破坏,就仍能起到粘接及防水作用。本试验中选择的高性能MS密封胶,Sil经20个老化循环试验未发生失效,但循环试验后、再进行100%拉伸测试时有1个样件发生破坏;Sit在循环测试与100%拉伸测试后,均没有发生任何破坏。

    如图13所示,不同配方的聚氨酯密封胶也表现出不同的力学性能。通过循环测试的MS密封胶,与实验前相比有少量的模量变化,但仍能保持弹性。其中,MS密封胶在100%拉伸测试后发生内聚破坏(聚合物链产生劣化),其他胶样在拉伸测试前后性能未出现显著变化。

    如图14所示,硅烷改性类MS密封胶产品中,三甲氧基硅烷改性MS密封胶的模量变化非常微小(STPI,STP2);二甲基硅烷改性MS密封胶的模量变化巨大(STP4,STP5),循环测试完成后完全失去弹性,发生塑化;循环测试后、100%拉伸测试时二者均产生>2 mm的开裂(ISO 8340要求开裂2 mm)。

    如图巧所示,无论是MS密封胶、聚氨醋类MS密封胶或三甲氧基硅烷改性MS密封胶,即使是其中的高性能产品,老化后模量也会发生变化,但多数仍能保持弹性。www.sdyuantai.com
