    对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的固化性能进行试验,研究了催化剂、增塑齐y、硅烷偶联剂对其固化性能的影响,对催化剂、增塑剂及硅烷偶联剂的选择进行了探讨。

    有机硅类硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶和聚氨e类硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶是现代工业用2类主要硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶。有机硅硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶具有固化快、耐高低温和耐候性优异等优点,但也有强度较低、表面不可涂饰的缺点。聚氨醋硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶强度高、耐油耐介质腐蚀性、耐磨损性好,但存在固化过程中中易发泡、耐候性差、粘接需用底胶等不足m。

    研制出的硅烷改性聚醚硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶131,其固化机理是聚醚的端烷氧基在催化剂的作用下与空气中的水发生反应,脱去小分子醇,主链交联形成三维网状结构,如图1所示。硅烷改生聚醚综合了有机硅及聚氨醋 2者优点,现已广泛用于建筑、车辆、船舶、工业领域la。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶固化性能直接影响到其使用性能和施工工艺性能。本文实验研究了催化剂、增塑剂、硅烷偶联剂对固化性能的影响。

    将硅烷改性聚醚,填料,增塑剂,紫外吸收剂,光稳定剂等加入行星搅拌釜中高温真空脱水2h,待预混料降温至50℃以下,加入硅烷偶联剂及催化剂,搅拌0.5 h,出料装入高密度聚乙烯塑料管中保存备用。

    表干时间:在(25士2)℃、( 55士5)%R日条件下,在干净的玻璃板上涂上适量的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,厚度约2mm,每隔1 min用手指轻触胶面,至不粘手的时间即为表干时间。

    固化速度:固化速度测定器是一个长约300 mm,深度为0一10 mm渐深的PE斜槽。向斜槽中挤出适量的硅烷改性硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,用刮刀刮平,勿使胶层内有气泡,在(25土2)℃、(55士5 ) %R日条件下放置24 h后从最薄处揭起胶膜,直至未固化的粘连处,测该处槽的深度,以mm/24h表示固化速度。

    有机锡类催化剂及其混合物中,常用的有二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡、二醋酸二丁基锡等。经试验选取二醋酸二丁基锡和一种新型2价有机锡催化剂及其混合物进行试验。3种催化剂体系对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶固化性能的影响见图2。www.sdyuantai.com
