乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(A-171)是1种常用的丁基防水嵌缝胶脱水剂，它易与水发生反应，除去填料中残余水分，提高丁基防水嵌缝胶的贮存稳定性，脱水机理见式(1)。由式(1)可知，每除去1 m of水需2/3 mol A-1710-S i-OCH.3+Hz0一-S i-OH+CH,30H-Si-OH十一Si-OCH3 --' -Site-Si一十CH30H ... (Z)硅烷改性丁基防水嵌缝胶的预混料虽经高温真空脱水2h，但仍含有残余水分，用卡尔费休水分测定仪测量残余水量。设所测得残余水量为x/g，可由式(2)计算出所需加入的丁基防水嵌缝胶除水剂A-171用量v/g。

根据丁基防水嵌缝胶配方设计中每100份硅烷改性聚醚，再对应加入2份A-171用以提高其贮存稳定性。经老化试验70 ℃/168 h后，丁基防水嵌缝胶各项性能稳定。如加入更多量A-171，会影响固化性能，丁基防水嵌缝胶表干时间增长、固化速度减慢。

硅烷偶联剂是丁基防水嵌缝胶配方中的重要组成部分，其王要作用是提高丁基防水嵌缝胶对被粘物体表面的粘接性。而硅烷偶联剂中的一些基团同时也具备其他性能，如增大丁基防水嵌缝胶强度、断裂伸长率和催化作用}71。本实验对A-1120,A-1110及A-187进行对比试验，其固化效果见图6。

3种偶联剂化学结构如图7所示，A-1120中含有双氨基结构，分别为伯氨和仲氨基，其对硅烷丁基防水嵌缝胶固化过程有不同的助催化效果，其中伯氨对表干时间影响明显，而仲氨对固化速度影响较大。因此A-1120, A-111。的固化效果均优于含有环氧基团的A-187, A-1120与A-1110相比，更有助于固化速度的提高。

1)以二醋酸二丁基锡、新型2价有机锡的混合物(质量比为1 : 1)为催化剂综合效果最佳。

2)以与硅烷改性聚醚主链结构类似的PPG3000为增塑剂可有助于固化速度的提高;

3)加入A-171除去残余水分。

4)用含有氨基的硅烷偶联剂，可提高丁基防水嵌缝胶固化性能。利用氨基的助催化功能。www.sdyuantai.com
