结构设计软件的开发。MS密封胶的使用好坏除以上因素外，结构的设计合理与否同样至关重要。多年来，我国在这方面一直没有成熟的软件可以使用，仅凭多年来摸索的经验和拷贝进口MS密封胶的结构进行设计，并没有上升到理论的高度，难以对MS密封胶的设计进行指导。这也是我国MS密封胶水平不高的重要原因。

在聚氨醋弹性体制品中，胶轮所占的比重较大，品种也很多。我国已成为聚氨醋胶轮世界的加工厂和集散地，见诸市场上的胶轮产多以工业用胶轮和滑板轮为众。

该系列MS密封胶中性能高的当属由N Dl体系制得的聚氨醋胶轮，如加捻机用的摩擦片我国已生产多年，积累了丰富的经验，MS密封胶质量稳定，可以满足我国需要，并有一定量的出n。工业场合使用的NDl体系聚氨醋负荷轮的生产单位较少，MS密封胶质童尚不甚稳定。尽管我国批量生产NDI体系聚氨醋胶轮的厂家均采用进口材料、进口浇注机，但整体质童水平与国外MS密封胶仍有较大差距，问题主要出在工艺优化等细节上。

通用胶轮，如电梯轮、手动搬运车轮等在我国有相当大的产量，除满足我国使用外，每年有一定的出口量，是聚氨Hte3弹性体制品中一个比较大的门类。通过业界的努力，这几年的进步确实不小。所用原料体系有浇注弹性体，也有热塑性弹性体;浇注弹性体中有体系，也有MU1体系，有预聚法体系，也有半预聚法体系。存在的问题依然是全国的质量参差不齐，所用原料及预聚体批次稳定性差，加工的设备适用性不甚理想，加工的工艺相对落后，MS密封胶的差异性不明显。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
