试验过程中需注意对紫外辐照箱的维护保养，紫外灯管需定期更换，每2周需更换位置，紫外辐照箱一共4个紫外灯，依序标记为1号到4号，将4号紫外灯换到1号紫外灯位置，1号紫外灯换到2号紫外灯位置，2号紫外灯换到3号紫外灯位置，3号紫外灯报废。一般紫外灯连续使用8周就需要更换，否则无法对单组分聚氨酯密封胶试件上的密封材料造成加速老化效果，有效的验证方法是使用有色标签纸置于单组分聚氨酯密封胶试件旁边，新紫外灯可以导致有色标签纸漂白，而旧紫外灯照射下有色标签纸不变色。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
