实际工程用基材同丁基防水嵌缝胶粘结性试验方法实质也是一种试验筛选过程,用于确定基材与丁基防水嵌缝胶的粘结性,适用于幕墙工程结构系统的选材。实际工程用基材同丁基防水嵌缝胶粘结性试验的环境条件是温度(23士20Q、相对湿度(50士5) 0lo。试验使用的主要仪器是拉力试验机。先将丁基防水嵌缝胶在标准试验条件下状态调节完毕,试件成型需4块同一基材,使用清洗剂对基材表面进行清理,其中2块基材作为试件,2块基材作为垫板,与直径1.Smm和3 mm的不锈钢棒组合控制丁基防水嵌缝胶涂在基材上的厚度,基材尺寸为150mm X 75mm,基材清洗后横向放置宽度25mm的遮蔽条,丁基防水嵌缝胶在基材上的涂抹面积为100mm X 75mm,将宽度为25mm的2块钢丝网放在基材上,控制2块钢丝网的间距为l Omm,距离基材边缘为7.Smm,使用丁基防水嵌缝胶在基材上均匀涂抹并覆盖2块钢丝网,厚度控制约2mm,将2块垫板基材放在试件两侧,垫板基材上放置直径1.Smm的金属棒,使用玻璃棒在金属棒上来回滚动控制丁基防水嵌缝胶厚度为1.Smm。之后更换直径3 mm的金属棒,在基材上的已涂抹面积上再均匀涂抹一层丁基防水嵌缝胶,使用玻璃棒在金属棒上来回滚动控制丁基防水嵌缝胶厚度为3 mm,根据丁基防水嵌缝胶组分类型养护至14d或21d。养护结束后切除试件上无钢丝网的丁基防水嵌缝胶,将钢丝网之间间距l Omm的丁基防水嵌缝胶切除,钢丝网与边缘7.Smm的丁基防水嵌缝胶切除,只保留2条25mm宽的包裹钢丝网的丁基防水嵌缝胶,将试件放人水中处理7d,之后取出试件,去除宽度为25mm的遮蔽条,从下边切割12mm丁基防水嵌缝胶,控制试件上基材与丁基防水嵌缝胶的粘结面积为1575mm2,在lOmin内使用拉力试验机进行剥离试验,再用1mmX lmm网格膜片读取丁基防水嵌缝胶与基材的粘结破坏面积,计算百分率,取2个试件上4条试料带的粘结破坏面积的算数平均值为测试结果。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
