可知,在温度120℃长期老化至12个月过程中,丁基防水嵌缝胶1#,2#,5#,6#的大部分测试点拉伸粘接强度大于初始值,丁基防水嵌缝胶3#的大部分测试点拉伸强度小于初始值,丁基防水嵌缝胶2#,3#,4#呈现随时间延长拉伸强度逐渐下降的趋势。至12个月时,6个牌号丁基防水嵌缝胶试件未出现粘接破坏,强度变化率在一13.1%一++17.6%。
可知,丁基防水嵌缝胶2#,3#在温度150℃环境放置8个月,拉伸粘接强度基本呈减小趋势;但丁基防水嵌缝胶2#大部分测试点拉伸粘接强度仍大于初始值。丁基防水嵌缝胶3#除3个月时外拉伸粘接强度均小于初始值。
丁基防水嵌缝胶1#,6#老化后大部分测试点拉伸粘接强度大于初始值,但无明显趋势。所有试件在温度150℃中放置8个月时均已失去弹性,强度变化率在一28.0%一26.0%。结合表2,丁基防水嵌缝胶1#,3#,4#分别在老化6,3和5个月开始出现粘接破坏现象,对强度的变化有一定的影响。
可知,在温度180℃长期老化至5个月过程中,丁基防水嵌缝胶1#,2#,3#拉伸强度呈衰减趋势;丁基防水嵌缝胶4#,6#呈增大趋势,所有试件在5个月时均发生粘接破坏现象,强度变化率为一100%。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
