      按(Q/CR 491.1-2016、GB/T 528-2009,和GB/T 7124-20085,标准,参照MS密封胶的施工工艺流程,分别制备哑铃型拉伸试样((2型)和拉伸剪切试样(铝合金对玻璃)。高低温循环交变老化试验按照Q/Clt 491.1-2016标准进行高低温循环交变老化试验。一个循环为:80℃, 95%相对湿度下放置4h,2h内冷却到一40 ℃,并在-40℃下放置4h,然后2h内升一温到80 ℃ ,95%RH。试验周期分另l为0,480,720,960、1440 h,按照GB/T 14522-2008'6,标准进行紫外老化试验,采用暴露周期类型2。一个循环为:8h干燥,紫外波长340 nm ,辐照度(0.76士0.02 W/W,黑板温。

       MS密封胶经高低温循环交变老化后,拉伸性能和拉伸剪切强度测试结果分别如图1和图2所示可知:在高低温循环交变老化过程‘1',拉介,强度和断裂伸长率均呈先升后降的趋势户本研究采用的密封胶主要成分为硅烷偶联剂封端的聚氨 预聚体,其固化机理为硅烷偶联剂交联固化。在老化前期,胶粘剂内部尚残留有未固化的硅烷偶联剂,在高温高湿环境下,硅烷偶联剂进一步交联固化,进而导致拉伸强度的上升,在老化后期,拉伸强度下降主要有如下两个原因:第一,高温高湿环境下水分子渗透进人胶粘剂本体大分子网络中,降低了胶粘剂大分子之间的氢键和其他次价键作用力,水分子对胶层起到塑作用;第二,水分子会导致入T5密封胶大分子链存在的氦从甲酸酝丛发生水解反应,水解产生的梭酸会作为催化剂进一步促进水解反应的发生,水解导致大分子链断裂,内聚强度明显下降。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
