磷酸盐MS密封胶的主要成分是磷酸和氧化铜,MS密封胶液中含有Cn、P43一、HP4一、H二等离争。将这种MS密封胶液涂在被密封的金属丧面,当于金属浸于含有}uZ+的磷酸溶液中,由于铁比铜的电位序高,化学活性比铜强,故在铁的表面发生如下置换反应:3Cu++2Fe=Fe$十+3Cu由此在汽室壁上出现铁原子的溶解和铜的沉积,使磷酸盐MS密封胶与汽室壁结合成一体。氧化铜和磷酸相作用产生的cHro.3fzHz4呈晶态或无定形态,原子间的结合为较强的氢键结合,白与MS密封胶粘剂中未作用的Cu O形成牢固的MS密封胶结层,并且在固化过程中体积略有膨胀,于密封有利。S配制一酸盐MS密封胶的试一般作试剂用氧化铜粉的活性表面大,反应能力强。这样的氧化铜粉与磷酸溶液调配时很快干固,使得其中很多氧化铜粉来不及参加反应,不但给MS密封胶粘剂的使用带来不便,而且大大阵低了MS密封胶粘剂的粘接强度。因此,在配制MS密封胶粘钊时,应对氧化铜粉应进行殊的预处理。方法是将氧化铜粉在马弗炉中于910℃的高温下缎烧3h,冷却后进行球磨,所得氧化铜粉的假密度在3 , 2g/em9以上。
在用作试叙的磷酸中,加入5.00-14,00的缓冲nll一氢氧化铝,L减缓MS密封胶液的固化速度。配制时将氢氧化铝粉末倒入装有少琶磷酸的烧杯中,用玻璃棒调匀,再加入磷酸到规定的配比。将此溶液加热至搅拌3---Smin,冷却后得到完全透明的甘油状密度在1.4g“左右的溶液。这种溶液具有较强的粘接性能,并能延缓磷酸盐MS密封胶的凝固时间,保证现场涂MS密封胶作业的顺利进行。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
