通过对单组分聚氨酯密封胶及橡胶嵌缝条在实际施工中的难易程度、工程造价作一对比分析，从而证明了橡胶嵌缝条是比较适合于东北3省水泥混凝土路面的灌缝材料。单组分聚氨酯密封胶及橡胶嵌缝条都是水泥混凝土路面伸缩缝的灌缝材料。1997年7月，由哈大高速高公路管理处养护科承担哈大公路新建另半幅水泥混凝土路面灌缝工程，其中:K15 + 300一K100 + 200用单组分聚氨酯密封胶灌缝，K100 + 200一K132 + 600用橡胶嵌缝条灌缝。下面对两种灌缝的材料施工工艺进行对比分析。

清缝

用铁钩或其它工具钩出缝内的砂石、灰浆，用7 . 5 MPa压力以上的气咀伸人缝内吹干净，缝内不能有残存的杂物和砂浆，晒干后方可灌缝。

配料

(1)将乙组份料搅拌均匀。

(2)将催化剂按9:10 000的比例加人到乙组份料中，继续搅拌均匀。

(3)将甲组份料按1:7的比例加人到乙组份料中，继续搅拌至颜色均匀并表面发亮为止(每次配料一般15---30雌)，随即移人灌缝机内灌缝。

灌缝

将灌缝机咀伸人缝内5以上，调整好出料阀门，出料不宜过多，以免灌缝料溢出缝内而污染路面，然后打开灌缝机开关，匀速推动灌缝机行走，要保证灌缝料低于路面2-4。收缝灌缝后10 ---20 min内必须收缝。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
