嵌缝专用丁基防水嵌缝胶是专门研制的能够粘结水泥混凝土和橡胶的丁基防水嵌缝胶。从“黑龙江省精细化工产品质量监督检验站的检验报告”可见:常温:压剪强度1.8MPa剥离强度(90℃)3.4N/mm60℃:压剪强度0.1MPa剥离强度(90℃)1.0N/mm一40℃:压剪强度2.4MPa剥离强度4.SN/mm粘度3077.2MPa22℃在常温下，压剪强度和剥离强度可以满足使用要求。在60℃高温情况下，压剪强度和剥离强度都下降，但粘度较大，形成粘膜。在高温的夏季缝隙较窄，橡胶嵌缝条的厚度一般比切缝宽许多，在施工时有预压力，丁基防水嵌缝胶在水泥混凝土的侧壁与橡胶嵌缝条之间形成粘膜。雨水较多仍能很好地密封，防止水和砂石进人。在冬季气温较低时，压剪强度和剥离强度(简称粘结强度)均比常温强度高250.6。这时缝隙变大，需要较高的粘结强度，以防止橡胶嵌缝条被车带出来。同时，由于粘结强度提高时，缝隙变大，可将橡胶嵌缝条横向拉开，具有良好的密封性。压轮是将橡胶嵌缝条压人缝隙中的专用工具。注胶器每次可将0.5吨的丁基防水嵌缝胶装人注胶器中，通过前面出胶孔将胶注人缝隙的两侧壁，在压入橡胶嵌缝条时，丁基防水嵌缝胶将橡胶嵌缝条与缝隙的两侧壁粘结在一起。由以上3部分构成橡胶嵌缝工艺。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
