研究采用邵氏硬度计测试抗菌性MS密封胶的硬度，测试标准出自GB/T531-1999《硫化橡胶邵尔A型硬度试验方法》;采用拉力材料试验仪测试抗菌性MS密封胶的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率，其中拉伸强度测试标准出自GB/T s28《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶拉伸应力应变性能的测定》，断裂伸长率测试标准出自GB/T 13477.8《建筑密封材料试验方法第8部分:拉伸粘结性的测定》。

本次研究采用测角仪测试抗菌性MS密封胶表面的静态水接触角，静态水滴液体积为1,L表干时间是衡量密封胶应用性能的重要指标，在表干时间较短的情况下，密封胶能够在较短时间内干燥凝固，缩短羽毛球拍的胶粘时间，提高生产效率。抗菌性MS密封胶的表干时间测试结果如图1所示。

由图1可知，在C,8 -QAs掺量逐渐增加的过程中，抗菌性MS密封胶的表干时间随之降低，说明C,8 -QAs能够有效提升MS密封胶的固化速度。经试验研究发现，QAS/PDMS-C-S%的表干时间相较于QAS/PDMS-C-O%缩短了1.6 h。出现该现象的原因在于，C,8-QAs中的季钱盐基团((QAS)带有一定的亲水性，能够聚集整个交联体系中的水分，促进烷氧基基团的水解反应，加速形成交联点s-o-s键，进而提升MS密封胶的固化速度。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
