       对比PET-B2 , PET-B3 , PET-BS测试结果可知,PET-B轻值降低,水煮前后RCPP层剥离力减小,PET层剥离力增加。这是由于硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶硬段质量分数降低,氢键作用减少,因此RCPP层剥离力下降,同时硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶柔性增大与PET薄膜贴合紧密。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶经水煮后内外层剥离力均能满足国家标准GB/T 41168-2021对铝塑复合膜耐蒸煮性能的需求。

       低熔融温度、高粘接强度(>4 MPa)的热塑性PU- HMA(硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶)的研究,有利于拓宽HMA(硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶)的应用范围,提升电子产品、塑料制品和纸制品等综合性能,但目前有关热塑性PUHMA的研究报道相对较少。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
