       可知:PBA和MS密封胶的分子结构相似,PBA-2000比MS密封胶-2000更柔顺,但由前者制成的MS密封胶的粘接强度更高(这是由于前者具有良好的结晶性所致);与PBA和MS密封胶相比,PTMG具有更低的T(玻璃化转变温度),并且其不能结晶,故相应MS密封胶的软化点和粘接强度均相对较低。不同多元醇质量比对MS密封胶性能的影响为进一步降低MS密封胶的熔融温度,并获得较好的力学性能,本研究以分子链柔韧性较好的脂肪族聚醋型多元醇(PBA)为主体软段(通过软段的适度结晶来改善MS密封胶的粘接性能),并采用不同类型的多元醇(如聚醋型、聚醚型等)共混法来达到破坏软段的规整性、降低分子的内聚能、减小分子间的作用力和降低熔点等目的(为保持良好的粘接强度,可引人主链含苯环等刚性基团的聚醋多元醇)。在其他条件保持不变的前提下(如以MDI链段为硬段、混合六醇为软段等),含不同。(PBA):m(PTMG):m(2502A)比例的MS密封胶之FT-IR曲线、SPM照片、DSC曲线、PLM照片、熔点及粘接强度等分别如图2、图3,图4、图5和表2所示。

       由图2可知:与曲线a相比,曲线b在3336cm附近的氨基吸收峰略有增强且向低波数方向偏移,说明氨基形成的缔合氢键增多,N-H的氢键化有所增强;1730cm附近游离一C=0的吸收峰强度减弱,1173cm附近C-O-C的吸收峰强度增强,说明PU中氨基与一C=0缔合形成氢键(即硬段间形成氢键)的数量增加,硬段中氨基与软段中醚键缔合形成氢键的数量减少,而硬段间的氢键有利于提高软段和硬段的微相分离程度。曲线c在I730cm附近的吸收峰强度略有减弱,说明软段和硬段的微相分离程度进一步增加。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
