硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶耐老化性能的影响因素主要有:生胶、填料和防老剂。生胶可通过化学改性等方法,如环氧改性、低分子二硫醇改性等改善硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的拉断伸长率和耐热老化性能。不同的填料由于其粒径、分散效果、与硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的结合力不同对聚硫密封胶的性能影响也不同,炭黑类补强效果最佳,但二氧化硅类填料对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的耐热老化性贡献较大。典型的橡胶用防老剂对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的常温力学性能影响不大,但均可以增强硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的耐老化性能。
硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶中添加适量炭黑和二氧化硅类填料,一方面可以大幅增加硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶拉伸强度;同时硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的拉断伸长率和压缩性能也可得到明显提高。其中炭黑对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的力学性能影响最为显著,随着炭黑用量的增加,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶拉伸强度随之增大,但压缩性能变化较小。
同时研究表明,在轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、气相二氧化硅、沉淀二氧化硅、水洗高岭土、媛烧高岭土、二氧化钦和滑石粉中,气相二氧化硅补强能最为优异,轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、沉淀二氧化硅、媛烧高岭土、滑石粉均具有较好的补强性能;就勃接稳定性而言,媛烧高岭土作为填料时最为适合,而二氧化硅类不适合单独作为填料使用。
在一定条件下,液体聚硫橡胶分子内或分子间的双硫键和琉端基与双硫键之间均可发生链交换反应。研究认为,适当的二硫醇改性液体聚硫橡胶,可以降低分子链中双硫键相对含量,减少分子断链机会,从而改善液体聚硫橡胶的耐高温性能。
将液体聚硫橡胶与硫磺反应,改变聚硫橡胶的分子结构。在液体聚硫橡胶分子中引人三硫键和四硫键,当三硫键和四硫键的含量达到0.200摩尔分数)时,可大幅提高液体聚硫橡胶耐候性和高温耐油性能,但弹性却会有不同程度的下降。
将一定比例的苯酚、甲醛和液体聚硫橡胶混合,在一定条件下,苯酚和甲醛首先反应得到酚醛树脂,继而在催化剂存在条件下,酚醛树脂与聚硫橡胶发生缩合反应。当在控制好各项反应条件的前提下,制得的改性聚硫橡胶与未改性聚硫橡胶相比,工艺性能及勃接性能均较好,而且成本也较低。
在有机胺为催化剂的条件下,液体聚硫橡胶可以和环氧树脂反应生成环氧基封端的液体聚硫橡胶。反应得到的改性聚硫橡胶不仅刺激性气味减小,硫化机理也不同于传统聚硫橡胶,而且勃接性能增强,但勃度较大阶。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
