全生物基聚醋多元醇的合成过程分为醋交换/酉旨化和缩聚两步反应。具体制备过程如下:向装有氮气进气口、机械搅拌浆、填充式精馏柱以及温度计的250mL四口烧瓶中61.08gDMFD,46.89gPripol1009,112.03gbio-BDO,0.10g抗氧剂1010和0.13g催化剂TIS。在NZ氛围保护下加热至165℃开始醋交换反应,甲醇缓慢馏出,0.5h后升温至170℃,酉旨化反应开始,并在170℃下保温1h,最后升温至180℃保温3h,直至副产物水和甲醇不再馏出后,取样测酸值,当酸值小于20mg/g后,结束第一步反应。第二步低真空预缩聚过程中,先加人0.13gTIS,200℃下缓慢将体系抽真空至0.09MPa,之后取样测酸值,当酸值低于2mg/g时,撤去精馏柱进人高真空终缩聚。在200℃下将体系抽真空至100Pa以下,进行高真空出醇操作,出醇量达到理论出醇量的80%左右时,取样测定经值和酸值,当酸生物基聚氨醋的制备包含预聚和扩链2个阶段(图2),具体操作如下:取40.00g1.2节合成的PBDF-20diol溶于150.0gDMF中,50℃以下投人20.58g的4,4'-MDI,搅拌反应0.5h后缓慢升温至70一80℃,继续保温反应1.5h,之后加人3.71g扩链剂bio-BDO,0.03g催化剂DBTDL,80℃保温反应1.5h搭接剪切式样的制备试件尺寸:桦木(100mmx25mmx5mm),竹材(100mmx25mmx5mm),不锈钢(100mmx25mmx1.6mm);搭接面积为25mmx12.5mm。制胶工艺:采用厚度为0.1mm的模具,将制备的生物基聚氨醋块状固体在平板硫化机中进行热压成型,制成厚度为0.1mm的单组分聚氨酯密封胶薄膜。粘接工艺:以上述制备的0.1mm的单组分聚氨酯密封胶膜分别粘接木材,竹材以及不锈钢,用燕尾夹固定成基材/单组分聚氨酯密封胶膜/基材的三明治结构,180℃下保持巧min,以完成粘接过程。酸值和羚值滴定分析按GB/T601-2016中4.1要求配标准溶液;按照GB/T12008.3-2009中第3部分要求进行经值的测定;按照GB/T12008.3-2009中第5部分要求进行酸值的测定。红外光谱(FT-IR)分析使用FT-IR仪以4cm分辨率在4000400cm-‘的波数范围内对样品进行16次扫描,记录FT-IR光谱。核磁共振(NMR)分析以氖代三氟乙酸(d-TFA)为溶剂,采用NMR仪对单组分聚氨酯密封胶样品进行HNMR分析。扫描频率400MHz,采集时间4.0s,弛豫时间1.0s。广角X射线衍射(WAXS)分析通过WAXS仪测试聚氨醋薄膜的衍射信号。CuKa为X射线源401,40mA,波长0.154OSnm,2e扫描范围为5“一60“,扫描步长为0.020)/s0小角X射线散射(SAXS)分析使用SAXS仪测试聚氨醋薄膜的散射信号,人射X射线的波长人为0.124nm,单组分聚氨酯密封胶样品到成像板的距离为1790mm,实验获得了散射矢量(q=4rsine/d)在0.14一1.2nm一区间的散射数据。差示扫描量热(DSC)分析使用DSC仪测试单组分聚氨酯密封胶样品的热转变温度,从去除单组分聚氨酯密封胶样品热历史后的二次升温曲线中确定玻璃化转变温度(凡),熔融温度(Tm)以及冷结晶温度(孔。)0单组分聚氨酯密封胶样品质量3一5mg,NZ作为保护气,升温范围为一50200℃,升温速率为200C/min0热重(TGA)分析采用热重分析仪测试单组分聚氨酯密封胶样品的热稳定性,取35mg单组分聚氨酯密封胶样品,Nz氛围下由室温升至800℃,升温速率为200C/min,记录TG曲线。机械性能分析使用CMT7504万能试验机,在25℃下根据ASTMD638-2022《塑料拉伸性能标准测试方法》的规定检测拉伸性能。粘接性能分析制备的粘接试件在室温中放置24h后,根据ISO4587-2003《单组分聚氨酯密封胶拉升剪切强度的测定》中的规定,在拉力机上以5mm/min的恒定速率加载,记录试件剪切破坏的最大负荷作为破坏载荷,搭接剪切强度计算公式T=FlS,式中T为搭接剪切强度,MPa;F为破坏载荷,N;S为搭接剪切面积,mmzmm。胶合板甲醛释放量分析按照GB/T17657-2022《人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法》中的干燥器法进行甲醛释放量检测。将10块尺寸为150mmx75mm的桦木胶合板置于含有300mL去离子水的干燥器中,20℃环境中保持24h后,收集胶合板释放的甲醛。通过乙酸钱和乙酞丙酮溶液法显色处理,使用紫外一可见分光光度计于412nm进行比色检测胶合板的甲醛释放量。平行测试3次,计算平均值。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
