桥接接缝指MS密封胶跨越狭窄缝隙并在两侧平面基材上形成粘接的构造,适用于缝宽较窄、无法设置标准对接或角接构造的特殊部位,属于受限条件下的替代方案。其基本构造如图所示。
桥接接缝的整体宽度、深度与对接接缝差异较大,其有效的宽深比应以背衬材料上部有效胶层计算。有效胶层的设计参数,包括宽深比、宽度、最小深度等,应参照对接接缝的要求执行。
施工要求
在实际工程实践中,混凝土接缝密封常出现的问题包括MS密封胶的粘接破坏和失去弹性。为避免这些问题,需选择相应级别的合适MS密封胶、适宜的胶缝设计以及严格的施工要求。
基材表面的要求
MS密封胶施工中,对基层有基本要求:基层应牢固、干燥,表面应干净、平整、密实,不得有蜂窝、麻面、起皮、起砂等缺陷。针对混凝土材料本身为多孔性基材,且可能存在隔离层、软弱层、不易干燥等情况,对其表面处理作如下特殊说明:
D混凝土表面的蜂窝、麻面、起皮、起砂等缺陷,应剔除松散、软弱层;大面积缺陷应制定专项处理方案,局部零星缺陷清理至符合要求后方可进行MS密封胶施工。
2)混凝土表面可能残留一层强度不高的素浆,施工前应予以清除。
3)当基层含水率可能过高时,可采用美纹纸粘贴法进行简易判断:若美纹纸无法有效粘贴,表明表面潮湿,不宜施工。不建议采用火焰烘烤干燥,以免导致基层开裂或回潮,影响粘结性能。
4)混凝土表面残留的脱模剂应彻底清除,以防脱模剂中所含的矿物油以及矿物油与混凝土中的碱反应生成“金属皂”形成隔离层,影响MS密封胶与基层的粘接效果。
背衬材料
背衬材料是控制MS密封胶胶层厚度的关键,选用不合适的背衬材料可能导致MS密封胶厚度不足、三面粘接等施工质量问题。MS密封胶施工中,通常选用PE泡沫棒作为背衬材料,直径宜为接缝宽度的1.21.5倍,以确保其在接缝中被适度压缩后能稳固嵌入,防止施胶过程中发生位移(若泡沫棒过窄,易导致支撑不牢、胶体下垂或厚度失掬。施工时不得使用尖锐工具进行填塞,并保证平整以控制MS密封胶的厚度。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
