底涂的使用

在粘接基层表面涂布底涂，在国外属于丁基防水嵌缝胶施工的标准工艺。正确使用与丁基防水嵌缝胶相配套的底涂可发挥以下作用:D增强丁基防水嵌缝胶与基层之间的粘接力，防止界面粘结破坏;强化混凝土表面的薄弱层，提高基面整体性;封闭混凝土等多孔基材表面，防止基层内部的水分、水蒸气或碱性物质向丁基防水嵌缝胶层迁移;对于双组分改性硅酮丁基防水嵌缝胶，其本身在未固化前缺乏自粘性，必须配合底涂实现与基层的有效粘接。

尽管国内受传统施工习惯影响，工程中普遍未使用底涂，但鉴于混凝土基材的多孔性和表面复杂性，为确保长期密封性能，建议在丁基防水嵌缝胶施工前，于粘接基层表面涂布专用配套底涂，以提升粘接耐久性和整体工程质量。

施胶、修饰

施胶过程中应确保胶缝填充饱满，不留空腔。一旦出现空腔，后续即使压实或补胶亦难以保证胶体密实。施胶完成后，应及时使用刮刀或压板对丁基防水嵌缝胶进行压实和修饰，确保胶体密实且与基材充分接触、粘接牢固，并形成平整、均匀的表面轮廓。该工序为密封施工的关键环节，必须严格操作，确保施工质量。

收尾工作

完成施胶后，及时揭除美纹纸并清理施工机具，保持施工现场整洁有序。
