根据GB 16776 -2005《建筑用结构硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶》标准规定,标准条件下硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的拉伸茹结强度应不低于0.60 MPa。白云化工委托第三方检测机构对服役25年的幕墙硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶进行检测,结果显示标准条件下的拉伸强度平均值为1.12 MPa,仍远高于国家标准要求的0.60 MPa。硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的弹性和耐候性,可应对基材的细微形变及环境变化,其密封性能受环境影响的程度较低,线性拟合敏感系数仅为0.45,表明即便在环境多变的情况下,其也能有效保持密封效果。此外,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶和丁基硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的性能敏感系数取值分别为0.60和0.75。在一般的建筑伸缩缝、沉降缝等密封场景中,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶和丁基硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的使用年限通常为1020年,均取中间值巧年。依据国家标准《中空玻璃》(GB/T 11944-2021)规定,中空玻璃用丁基硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的拉伸粘结强度需,0.10MPa,参考拉伸茹结强度取0.10 MPa。检测显示,丁基硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在玻璃与玻璃之间的茹结拉伸强度高达0.27 MPao 3种典型建筑硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的性能参数见表,根据式(5)可核算出不同性能硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的碳足迹。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
