疲劳性能测试疲劳性能按JC/T 485-2007健筑窗用弹哇硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶》中附录A.3.5进行测试,将硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试件装在拉伸压缩循环试验机上,设置拉伸与压缩位移量30%,按程序进行10 000次拉伸一压缩。测试过程中或完成后,在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶表面任何位置,如果粘结或内聚损坏深度超过2mm,则硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试件视为破坏,即未通过10 000次疲劳测试。
由图可以看出,随着标准试验条件下养护时间从Sd逐渐延长至28 d,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的拉伸模量和弹性恢复率基本表现为在极小的幅度内呈先升高后降低最后再升高至稳定的状态。养护时间为14 d时,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的性能较好,拉伸模量为0.35 MPa、弹性恢复率为89%。因此,对于单组分端硅烷改性聚醚硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶而言,在实验室研究过程中,可采用标准试验条件养护14d的数据进行平行对比,以节省养护时间,缩短测试周期。
环境温度和相对湿度对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶表干时间的影响
端硅烷改性聚醚硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在交联固化时依靠催化剂与空气中湿气的共同作用,由预聚体树脂的端硅烷氧基中的烷氧基水解成Si-OH基,然后经过缩合形成Si-O-Si键,并释放出水或甲醇,最后形成以Si-O-Si键为网络交联点的大分子体型结构弹性体。环境温度和相对湿度对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶表干时间的影响如表所示。
由可以看出,随着环境温度的升高以及相对湿度的增大,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的表干时间缩短;与相对湿度相比,环境温度对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶表干时间的影响更明显。在一定相对湿度条件下,环境温度升高对密封胶的表干具有加速作用。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
