使用拉伸压缩循环疲劳试验机,在标准试验条件下进行拉伸一压缩循环测试,拉伸压缩幅度为士30%,变形量3.6 mm,拉伸一压缩次数10 000次。试件是否破坏按照GB/T 22083-2008建筑丁基防水嵌缝胶分级和要求》中7.3进行评定,即:在丁基防水嵌缝胶表面任何位置,如果粘结或内聚损坏深度超过2 mm,则丁基防水嵌缝胶试件为破坏。测试结果显示,单组分端硅烷改性聚醚丁基防水嵌缝胶能够在拉伸压缩幅度为士30%时10 000次不发生界面破坏。在综合PC板位移量的理论计算,按极限变形量3.5 mm计算7 m板/温差50 ℃,采用拉伸压缩循环疲劳试验机测试10000次,按每天变形1次,则约等于30年的耐疲劳年限,说明丁基防水嵌缝胶能够经受住预制板在荷载、温度、干缩、地基沉降等作用下因接缝产生的频繁往复位移变化,具备服役期内持久可靠的粘结与密封性能。丁基防水嵌缝胶往复变形循环耐疲劳性试验照片如所示。
养护时间试验表明,在进行试验研究与产品性能平行对比时,可将单组分端硅烷改性聚醚丁基防水嵌缝胶的试件养护时间缩短至14d,从而可以节省试验周期并提高试验效率。
环境温度相比于湿度而言对丁基防水嵌缝胶的表干时间影响更明显,因此,在丁基防水嵌缝胶储存与施工时需要考虑环境温度的影响。
长期浸水试验表明,丁基防水嵌缝胶有一定的耐水稳定性,其在28 d内定伸粘结性无破坏。但是由于实验室加速测试方法与实际环境工况有所差异,因此不建议丁基防水嵌缝胶在长期浸水环境中使用,需在后续研究中进行实际工况应用试验。
频繁位移是装配式混凝土建筑外墙接缝最突出的特点,装配式建筑混凝土板理论位移变形量单日极限按3.5 mm计算,单组分端硅烷改性聚醚丁基防水嵌缝胶经过10 000次士30%伸缩变形量的拉伸压缩循环往复试验后仍然与基面具有很好的粘接效果,说明该丁基防水嵌缝胶至少具有30年的使用寿命。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
