硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的制备和性能测试

       通过对上述配方的综合分析和筛选,确定了通信光缆接头盒用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的配方及制备艺,对制得的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶及安装的光缆接头盒进行了性能测试。

硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶制备

       硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的配方组成如表4所示:硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶性能测试硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶性能测试结果将制备的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶按照前述1.5条检测方法进行性能测试,结果如表所示。

       硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在各种使用环境中,其耐高低温性能、粘接力、耐化学介质腐蚀以及阻燃性能是主要指标。从表6测试结果可以看出,本文研制的密封胶极限高低温条件下(一50一100℃,%h)无气泡、无变形;粘接力测试(剥离、剪切强度)表现良好,耐酸碱盐溶液测试合格,此外,样品阻燃测试达到UI,94-5V要求。

光缆接头盒性能测试

       用本实验制得的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶,安装在光缆接头盒中,对光缆出入口、接头盒的连接缝进行密封,按照通信行业标准YD/T 814. 1一2013的要求进行测试。

       硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶通常作为各类制品的配件使用,其综合性能的优劣应从具体产品应用的测试结果体现。从表7的测试结果可以看出,将本文研制的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶安装于通信光缆接头盒,制品的密封性能指标、耐高低温指标、耐化学介质腐蚀性能,以及环保性能均满足且优于通信行业标准的要求。

       (1)经过实验研究和分析,确定了聚异丁烯阻燃硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的原材料质量份为高相对分子质量聚异丁烯用量28份,中相对分子质量聚异丁烯用量15份,聚丙烯11份,低相对分子质量聚异丁烯用量6份,阻燃剂用量54份,添加3份气相二氧化硅,适量的抗氧剂、炭黑等助剂,制备的通信光缆接头盒硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的密封性能、阻燃性能最优,满足通信行业标准YD/T 814. 1-2013的要求。

       (2)研究的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶制备过程不需硫化,生产流程为配料、捏合、挤出成型,工艺简单易实现规模化生产;所用材料不含卤素及液体增塑剂,制造及使用过程对环境友好。

       (3)研制的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶适用于光缆接头盒密封,有待于进一步探索与研究,以期拓宽至电力电缆、中空玻璃、防水卷材、空调补孔等其他密封防水应用场景。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
