测试每组硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样在不同时间下的固化厚度,以此了解试样固化速率,测试结果如表所示。由表可知,随着固化时间的增长,3种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的固化厚度开始有所增加,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在达到24 h时已完全固化,说明该硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶具有较快的固化速率,而PU硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶达到108 h时才能够实现完全固化,SR硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶则处于120 h时仍未完全固化,这说明硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在3种硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样中固化速率最快,通过较快的固化速率可以减少施工过程中的外来污染和污染物吸附,还可以更快地形成坚固的粘接,这意味着硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在更短的时间内可以达到理想的强度和耐久性,并提供更可靠的粘接效果。为此,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶可以有效提高施工效率。
测试3组试样在不同温度紫外光照射下的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶硬度变化,以此评估试样抗紫外光老化效果,测试结果如图所示。由图可知,随着温度的逐渐增加,每组试样的邵氏硬度随之加大,这是由于试样在老化前的交联反应较小,当温度逐渐加大时,试样交联反应开始增大,使每组试样的硬度增大,在3组试样中,SR试样、PU试样的硬度变化较为明显,均呈现迅速放大趋势,而MPSU试样硬度上升幅度并不大,由此可见,MPSU试样的抗紫外光照能力更强。
抗热老化性能分析
测试3组试样在热老化条件下的质量变化,以此评估每组试样的抗热能力,测试结果如图2所示。由图可知,在试验温度低于90℃时,3组试样质量并未出现明显变化,当热老化温度达到100 ℃以上时,3组试样质量均发生明显下降,在最初阶段,每组试样质量十分接近,当热老化温度达到时,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样质量下降至6一7 mg,而其他2组试样质量均处于5 mg以下,可以看出PU试样与SR试样质量下降幅度较大,可见这2组试样的抗热老化性能并不明显,为此,硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶试样的抗热能力更强。
本文研究装配式建筑外墙接缝防水硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的性能分析及施工工艺,通过硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的设计与性能测试,获取适用于装配式建筑外墙接缝用施工材料,利用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶材料可以为建筑提供卓越的防水性能,从而有效地阻止水分渗透到建筑结构内部,实现可靠的防水保护。避免雨水、风雨等外界环境对建筑内部的侵害。同时文章还设计了硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶施工步骤,通过安全可靠的施工工艺,提高建筑结构的耐久性。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
