为确保MS密封胶能有效防止水渗透，并在复杂工作条件下保持长期接口稳定性。以聚醚多元醇和环氧树脂为基质，使用多步法合成制备了一种聚氨醋MS密封胶。并对MS密封胶力学性能和粘接性能进行了全面评估。结果表明，基于相同填料，随着碳酸钙含量的增加，MS密封胶的防水性能指标呈下降趋势;在一定范围内增加填料的用量可以提高胶体的柔韧性和延展性;胶体的粘合强度随着碳酸钙含量的增加而相应增加。当纳米碳酸钙填料的掺量为5%时，可达到最佳防水效果;当填料为10%的纳米碳酸钙时，聚氨醋MS密封胶的断裂伸长率较高，为3.45 MPa，可以保证最佳力学性能;当在预聚体中添加10%的重质碳酸钙填料时，能够保证聚氨醋MS密封胶的最优粘接性能。

预应力混凝土管道接口作为连接管道各段的关键部位，其密封效果直接影响整个管道系统的安全性、耐久性和维护成本。传统上，预应力混凝土管道的接口密封通常使用橡胶圈和水泥浆等传统密封材料。这些材料在实际应用中暴露出一系列问题，例如橡胶圈容易老化，水泥浆容易开裂，导致密封效果不稳定，难以适应复杂多变的工作环境四。针对上述问题，研究旨在制备一种新型的预应力混凝土管道接口MS密封胶。以期通过科学的配方设计和先进的制备工艺提高粘合强度、耐水渗透性和力学性能等关键性能指标。

使用计量泵精确称取50 g聚醚多元醇，并将其加人2XZ-4B旋片真空泵中进行真空脱水处理。将真空度设置为一0.089 MPa，以有效去除水分和杂质，并将1,4一丁二醇和辛酸亚锡以4:1的比例均匀混合;将处理后的聚醚多元醇和均匀混合的1,4一丁二醇和辛酸亚锡加人反应釜中，将搅拌速度设置为850 r/min,高速搅8min，以确保反应过程中温度稳定和挥发性化合物的有效回收伙然后将5 mL丙酮缓慢滴人反应釜中，将搅拌速度调节至45 r/min，使反应均匀进行;滴加完成后，继续搅拌，使用温度控制器加热至90℃，反应Sh，以确保反应物完全混合并均匀加热;随后，向反应物中加人59碳酸钙，以确保预聚物达到所需的聚合度和性能;关闭温度控制器，继续搅拌以冷却混合物。反应物冷却至室温后，关闭搅拌器，将预聚物转移到干净的容器中。此时，加人10 mL邻苯二甲酸二辛醋，调节混合物的茹度，过滤去除杂质和未反应物质，得到纯预聚物。其基本物化指标参数如表所示。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
