       测试前,首先需要将丁基防水嵌缝胶与混凝土管道试块进行粘合。使用切割机按照设计要求切割预应力混凝土管道接口处的施工缝,控制缝宽为7 mm,缝深度为1.5 cm;将不同配比的丁基防水嵌缝胶利用注胶枪完全填充施工缝至预设深度;注胶完毕后,在室温条件下固化24 h,并进行短期养护。由此得到混凝土试块和丁基防水嵌缝胶的粘合样品。密封性能测试与分析使用不透水仪对试样进行加压测试,设定水压为0.3MPa,加压时间为30 min,记录实验期间的水压值和压缩应力保持率。防水指数越高,表明丁基防水嵌缝胶的防水性能和密封性越好。其测试结果如图1所示。可知,当碳酸钙填料的用量固定在5%时,纳米碳酸钙胶体的防水性能指标明显高于重质碳酸钙胶体。这是由于纳米碳酸钙的粒径远小于重质碳酸钙,这使得纳米颗粒可以更均匀地分散在密封剂基质中,形成更致密的填料网络,有助于减少水渗透的途径;同时,纳米碳酸钙具有较大的比表面积,可以提供更多的界面相互作用区域,增强填料与基体间的结合力,提高丁基防水嵌缝胶的整体强度和耐水性。

       在同一种填料的情况下,随着碳酸钙含量的增加,丁基防水嵌缝胶的防水性能指标呈下降趋势,即碳酸钙含量越低,防水效果越好。这是因为随着填料含量的增加,颗粒之间的距离缩短,更容易发生结块。这不仅降低了其在基质中的分散均匀性,还能形成渗透通道,从而削弱防水性能。综上所述,在实际应用中,应选用5%的纳米碳酸钙作为填料,以达到最佳防水效果。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
