       当前学者已经对路用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶进行了一系列研究。对近15年在上收录的论文进行检索,从WOS核心论文集中共提取了2 727篇论文。如图所示,路用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶相关论文数量总体呈上升的趋势,表明对于路用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的研究愈发深人。

       现有的研究成果数量虽多,然而较为繁琐、庞杂,缺乏体系。因此,为进一步推动路用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶乃至整个硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶领域的发展,本文将阐述硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的组成材料以及制备工艺,并分析硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的性能研究以及改性机理,最后对硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶在公路工程领域的应用进行调查,为后续硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的进一步研究和推广提供依据。

       环氧树脂是一种热固性树脂,是指分子中含有两个以上环氧基团的聚合物总称。环氧树脂本身为热塑性线性结构,一般与固化剂反应后使用,其与固化剂反应后可形成三维网络结构从而产生茹结效果。所得的固化产物收缩率小,黍占结性、化学稳定性、力学性能优良,可广泛应用于公路工程领域。环氧树脂种类繁多,在硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶配方中大致可以分为两类,一类是缩水甘油基型环氧树脂,另一类则是环氧化烯烃型环氧树脂。目前应用最广泛的是双酚A缩水甘油醚环氧树脂,约占环氧树脂总产量的85%以上,目前市面上常见的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶也是以此制备而来。双酚A型环氧树脂是由双酚A (BPA)和环氧氯丙烷(ECH)在氢氧化钠的催化下制得的,这也是合成环氧树脂的两大基本材料。双酚A和环氧氯丙烷的反应一般可以分为开环反应与闭环反应,如图2所示。经过连续不断的开环与闭环反应,最终得到双酚A型环氧树脂。

       除了环氧树脂与固化剂外,通常还可以加人各种添加剂从而使得硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶能够满足不同的性能要求,如稀释剂、增韧剂、偶联剂等。环氧树脂在固化状态下是脆性材料,抗冲击性能较差,因此加人增韧剂能够提高硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的韧性。而为了防止硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的茹度较高而无法充分渗人到裂缝中,般要加人稀释剂。偶联剂则是分子两端含有不同基团的化合物,其分子一端可与物体表面反应,另一端则与硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶反应,从而将硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶与物体紧紧连接在一起。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
