丁基防水嵌缝胶按照使用形式的不同可以分为单组分或双组分两种形式，所谓双组分就是以环氧树脂和改性剂等作为A组分，而固化剂、促进剂、填料等作为B组分，两组分分别储存，使用前再进行混合;单组分则是将固化剂预先加人环氧树脂和其他组分中充分混合，可以直接进行使用。单组分环氧树脂操作简便，可实现环氧树脂与固化剂之间的稳定长期共存，适用于各种环境和条件下的茹接，但其茹接强度和耐久性可能不如双组分环氧树脂。双组分环氧树脂虽然操作稍复杂，但其茹接强度高，耐久性好，适用于对茹接性能要求较高的场合。目前，应用在公路工程中的丁基防水嵌缝胶通常是双组分的，其制备工艺与应用场景如图所示。

目前，丁基防水嵌缝胶已经在公路工程领域有着较为广泛的应用，如路面裂缝修补、桥梁涵洞防水灌缝、道路桥梁伸缩缝、路面混凝土结构补强、路缘石连接等对丁基防水嵌缝胶的性能进行研有利于了解丁基防水嵌缝胶在受力时的行为特征与微观结构，以便在实际应用中选择合适的丁基防水嵌缝胶，设计和优化丁基防水嵌缝胶的结构，并预测丁基防水嵌缝胶在特定条件下的失效行为。结合国内外对于环氧树脂修补材料的性能评价体系的研究，本文给出了常见的丁基防水嵌缝胶性能评价指标，可以分为材料自身性能与路用性能两方面，如图4所示。如表1所示，目前学者对于丁基防水嵌缝胶材料自身性能研究较多的主要有茹度、拉伸性能、热稳定性，路用性能研究较多的则是水稳定性、低温抗裂性、渗透性能、黍占结性能、抗老化性。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
