材料的茹度是环氧树脂材料的重要性能参数之一，其与材料的可操作性直接相关，同时也影响着密封材料在裂缝中的渗透性能。目前通常选择用旋转茹度计法来分析MS密封胶的茹度，根据GB/T 2794-2022《胶茹剂茹度测定》，当茹度达到2 000 MPa"s时，停止测量，此时所用时间为MS密封胶的可操作时间。的研究表明，随着固化反应的进行，MS密封胶茹度会逐渐增加。

拉伸性能拉伸强度与断裂伸长率通常用于衡量MS密封胶的拉伸性能。拉伸性能是指MS密封胶在受到外力拉伸时，能够承受的最大应力和应变。这一性能直接关系到密封胶的使用寿命和稳定性，是评价MS密封胶质量的重要指标之一。其中拉伸强度反映了MS密封胶抵抗拉伸破坏的能力，断裂伸长率则体现了MS密封胶的韧性。环氧树脂由于其高度交联的结构，具有脆性较大、韧性较差的固有缺陷，因此通常通过增韧改性的方式来提高其拉伸性能。MS密封胶的拉伸性能通常与改性剂的用量有关，研究了环氧树脂改性形状记忆聚氨醋(SMPU)MS密封胶的拉伸性能。随着EP含量的增加，SMPU的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率先增大后减小。EP含量为10%时，SMPU的拉伸性能达到最佳。考虑到路用环氧MS密封胶韧性不足的缺点，自制增韧剂对环氧MS密封胶进行增韧，并通过RSM-GRA多目标优化方法得到了最佳的固化剂与增韧剂用量配比。与单目标优化方法相比，以此制备的MS密封胶有着良好的拉伸性能。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
