橡胶改性单组分聚氨酯密封胶具有成本低、易加工的特性，且橡胶的分子结构中含有与环氧树脂反应的活泼基团，使得环氧基体与橡胶之间存在较强的化学键和作用，在受到冲击作用时，橡胶粒子能够帮助抑制裂纹扩展，从而起到增韧的效果。制备了一种环氧密封材料，并利用通过三元乙丙橡胶(EP-DM)胶粉、液体端氨基丁睛橡胶(ATBN)和环氧化改性剂对原密封材料分别进行改性。对3种改性条件下密封材料的性能进行检测，结果显示，在提高环氧树脂韧性方面，ATBN改性是最优选择。

热塑性树脂改性单组分聚氨酯密封胶与橡胶环氧改性单组分聚氨酯密封胶相比，有着更为优异的韧性、模量、耐热性。常见的改性方法有聚碳酸脂改性、有机硅改性、聚酞胺改性等。利用有机硅改性了聚氨醋/环氧树脂复合胶茹剂，并对其进行性能研究，结果表明，经过有机硅改性的聚氨醋/环氧树脂复合单组分聚氨酯密封胶的耐水性、耐热性均有提高，且随着有机硅含量增加，该胶茹剂的拉伸强度、冲击强度和拉伸剪切强度先增大后减小，当有机硅含量为10%时，力学性能最好。

聚氨醋改性单组分聚氨酯密封胶与其他改性单组分聚氨酯密封胶相比，增韧效果最为明显。聚氨醋(PU)是一种高分子化合物，通常由异氰酸醋和多元醇缩合而成，其分子结构中的氨基甲酸醋基团(-NHCOO-)，是由异氰酸醋基(-NC;O)与经基(-OH)反应而来，易与极性分子形成分子间氢键，从而具有良好的抗疲劳性、耐低温性、高弹性、高强度等优点，且与环氧树脂相容性先合成了经基封端聚氨醋预聚体和竣基封端聚氨醋预聚体，其合成过程如图12所示，并将其分别对单组分聚氨酯密封胶的A,B组分进行改性，从而得到了一种双组分柔性单组分聚氨酯密封胶。对其进行性能测试，结果显示，经过聚氨醋改性后的单组分聚氨酯密封胶的低温性能、茹结性能、韧性均有提高。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
