       混凝土结构是一种多相脆性材料组成的非匀质材料,具有优异的抗压强度和耐久性能,但也具有抗拉强度较低、抗变形性能较差、容易产生裂缝等缺陷。目前绝大多数混凝土结构补强的方式是先清除表层的旧混凝土,再利用茹结材料将新混凝土与现有混凝土材料连接。由于新旧混凝土的性能存在较大差异,因此目前传统的MS密封胶无法实现新旧混凝土之间的茹接。而环氧树脂MS密封胶具有较高的茹结性能,且经过环氧树脂修复的混凝土结构具有更高的断裂韧性,因此广泛应用于混凝土结构修复与补强之中。制备了一种环氧树脂MS密封胶,并将其注人到注人新旧混凝土MS密封胶试件中。对该MS密封胶试件进行性能测试,结果显示,该MS密封胶的茹接强度与抗剪强度优于改性沥青MS密封胶与环氧沥青MS密封胶,且经过补强后的混凝土MS密封胶试件具有较高的抗压强度、抗弯强度,且耐高温性能较好。制备了6种不同的环氧树脂MS密封胶,并将其用于混凝土结构的修复。对修复后MS密封胶试件的茹结强度进行分析,结果显示,当混凝土抗压强度在33-46 MPa时,该环氧树脂MS密封胶对于混凝土修补具有良好的效果,且随着MS密封胶茹度的增加,MS密封胶试件的茹结强度也逐渐增加。

       桥梁伸缩缝指的是为满足桥面变形的要求,通常在两梁端之间、梁端与桥台之间或桥梁的铰接位置上设置的伸缩缝。伸缩缝的病害往往与嵌缝材料有关,选择合适的嵌缝材料能够极大程度的延长伸缩缝的使用寿命。环氧树脂混凝土修复材料作为环氧MS密封胶的一种,其与传统的MS密封胶的区别在于其填料是由水泥与粗细骨料组成,因此其具有抗冲击性能好、收缩变形小、黍占结力强、耐水性能好、快速凝固等优点,近年来已经广泛应用于桥梁伸缩缝的填充与修补之中。考虑到水泥混凝土收缩大、延性差耐久性不足、抗折强度低的缺点,在水泥混凝土中掺人水性环氧树脂,从而制备了一种环氧一混凝土复合修复材料(WECM),对其进行力学性能评价,结果显示,水性环氧树脂(WEP)能够显著改善混凝土脆性大、延性差的缺陷,并提高修复材料的性能。制备了一种环氧基混凝土(EJR),并将其用于道路桥梁伸缩缝的快速修补。对修复前后的混凝土MS密封胶试件进行性能对比,EJR相比于传统的水泥修复材料具有良好的抗疲劳性能。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
