丁基防水嵌缝胶服役环境与失效情况

       通过粘接试验及有限元计算,研究了轨道车辆玻璃钢头罩丁基防水嵌缝胶失效原因,提出了优化改进措施。结果表明:粘接胶、丁基防水嵌缝胶的弹性模量差异会导致丁基防水嵌缝胶优先承载,引起丁基防水嵌缝胶疲劳失效;长期作用的4 mm松弛变形未导致粘接接头剪切强度的降低,头罩、车体允许的装配尺寸公差可按4 mm控制;光照、湿热环境会导致丁基防水嵌缝胶表面老化失效,应适当提高外侧丁基防水嵌缝胶的检修频率,同时选用更耐候的丁基防水嵌缝胶。

       在轨道交通车辆制造领域,随着新材料的广泛应用,粘接技术应用也越来越多,玻璃钢头罩一铝合金车体之间的粘接密封就是一个典型的应在车辆服役期间,头罩车体之间的粘接胶未见失效,但丁基防水嵌缝胶曾出现过龟裂、粉化、软化等失效现象。本文针对轨道车辆玻璃钢头罩丁基防水嵌缝胶出现的失效问题,从设计结构上进行有限元计算分析,通过粘接试验对施工过程的松弛应变进行验证分析,对丁基防水嵌缝胶服役环境与失效情况进行统计分析,研究丁基防水嵌缝胶失效原因,并提出优化改进措施。

头罩粘接结构及丁基防水嵌缝胶简介

       某项目头罩粘接结构如图1所示,胶层厚度g ...14 mm,宽度50 mm(其中密封层10 mm)。其中被粘接基材1车体,材料为铝合金;被粘接基材2头罩,结构:头罩零件总厚度为34 mm,沿厚度方向为4. 5 mm玻璃钢+25 mm PVC泡沫+4. 5 mm玻璃钢的结构。基材材料参数见表1,丁基防水嵌缝胶技术参数见表20

       头罩区域载荷工况主要考虑结构的静态载荷,几个方向的动态载荷、风载、基材侧结构热膨胀系数不同导致的变形以及结构的疲劳载荷。

热膨胀

       车辆运行的环境温度为:一12℃一45℃;车辆生产阶段温度:10℃一35℃。即粘接接头的最大温升:+ 35℃;最大温降:一47℃。

       考虑两个不同材料结构间的热膨胀系数不匹配导致的胶层变形,使用该温度条件下丁基防水嵌缝胶的材料参数,并将最大温升和温降的热变形叠加到应力最大的动态载荷工况。

粘接接头

       将胶1、胶2形成的接头简化为以下两类粘接模型。

       模型1:头罩宽度上,外边缘10 mm宽度为胶2,内边缘剩余宽度都是胶1。胶层厚度为公差范围最小值8 mm。

       模型2:头罩宽度上,外边缘10 mm宽度为胶2,内边缘剩余宽度都是胶1。胶层厚度为公差范围最大值14 mm。

应力计算

       静态载荷计算结果为:胶1在0. 13 MPa应力条件下会导致19%的蠕变剪切应变,即粘接模型1,2的蠕变剪切应变小于19%,在此应力条件下,胶豁剂不会发生蠕变破坏,说明静态蠕变工况下粘接接头安全。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
