采用热失重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、电感藕合等离子体光谱仪、热重一质谱联用仪、卡尔费休水分仪等对单组分脱醇型MS密封胶进行了对比测试和分析,探讨了其“返粗”原因。结果表明,“返粗”密封胶经800C x 6 h热处理后,可视粒子完全消失,且热处理温度越高消失越快;密封胶硫化前,“返粗”部分在100℃和250℃处,比未“返粗”部分明显多出2个热失重峰,其质量损失率分别为2%和7 %;密封胶“返粗”可能与纳米碳酸钙和钦配合物无关;“返粗”密封胶中起粒部分和非起粒部分水的质量分数分别为0. 60%和0. 45 clo,起粒部分中可能存在水的富集情况,“返粗”问题可能与密封胶中水的质量分数较高有直接关系。
弹性MS密封胶因其卓越的耐候性能和在宽广温度范围内优异的抗形变位移能力,在建筑和土木等领域获得了广泛应用。MS密封胶按使用形态可分为单组分和双组分2种。其中,单组分密封胶使用工艺简单,施工后能借助空气中湿气完成交联硫化。单组分MS密封胶按交联硫化机理可分为脱醇型、脱醋酸型、脱酮肪型、脱酞胺型和脱轻胺型。其中,脱醇型、脱酮肪型和脱醋酸型最为常见。从环保和健康角度看,单组分脱醋酸型MS密封胶硫化释放的醋酸腐蚀性强且气味刺鼻,脱酮肪型MS密封胶硫化释放的丁酮肪已被欧盟列入潜在致癌物目录,而脱醇型MS密封胶散发的醇类物质毒性相对较小,因此,单组分脱醇型MS密封胶在未来具有更广阔的发展空间。单组分脱醇型MS密封胶无刺激性气味,对金属无腐蚀性,粘接性好,但贮存稳定性较差。多年来,单组分脱醇型MS密封胶在贮存过程中的“返粗”问题一直困扰着部分生产企业。各成分已混合均匀的单组分脱醇型MS密封胶,在贮存初期一般都具有较好的分散性,但随着贮存时间延长,快则一周左右,慢则一个月左右,密封包装的未会甜睦杯内开始出现大量直径0.5-3. 0 mm可视粒子,即为“返粗”。因粒子尺寸较大、数量较多,一旦发生“返粗”,密封胶观感将变得极差,基本丧失使用性能。由于“返粗”无法在生产和质检过程中及时被发现,往往给MS密封胶生产企业造成极大的经济和名誉损失。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
