对单组分脱醇型单组分聚氨酯密封胶“返粗”的原因,业界尚无统一和令人信服的解释。比较有代表性的说法是认为受到纳米碳酸钙表面处理剂的富集,或钦配合物的富集、结晶影响对于前者,比较直接的理由是“返粗”粒子为软颗粒,经50一90℃热处理数小时后可完全消失,与一般纳米碳酸钙表面处理剂熔点或软化点对应。对于后者,一个最简单的理由是脱酮肪型单组分聚氨酯密封胶极少出现“返粗”问题,而脱酮肪型单组分聚氨酯密封胶不含钦配合物。此外,还有人认为“返粗”原因是纳米碳酸钙的镁含量较高。“返粗”问题已困扰行业发展20多年,至今仍时有发生。对于“返粗”问题的处理,厂家多以经济赔偿解决,对其相关技术问题研究不深入。因此,深入研究“返粗”问题的成因和解决方案,具有重要的理论和实践意义。
本实验采用热失重分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、电感藕合等离子体光谱仪、热重一质谱联用仪、卡尔费休水分仪等对单组分脱醇型单组分聚氨酯密封胶进行了对比测试和分析,探讨了其“返粗”原因,以期为厂家改进工艺提供技术参考。TG 209 F3 Tarsus热重分析仪测试,升温速率20 ℃/min,氮气气氛,温度范围30一950 ℃ ;截面微观形貌:将“返粗”单组分脱醇型单组分聚氨酯密封胶制成“蝴蝶”试样,待完全硫化后置于85℃真空干燥箱(一0. 095 MPa)干燥8h,再切割起粒和非起粒部分,采用美国Thereto Fisher公司的Arpeo C HiVac场发射扫描电子显微镜对切割面进行观察;元素分析:采用美国Aglient公司的720 ES电感藕合等离子体光谱仪测试,样品采用200℃王水消解;热重一质谱联用分析:采用日本Regaku公司的Thereto Mass热重一质谱联用仪测试,升温速率5℃/min,离子源为电子电离源;水质量分数:采用瑞士MettlerToled<,公司的V20S卡尔费休水分仪,将样品溶于二氯甲烷中测试。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
