硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶一般用于幕墙工程的结构粘接密封，如玻璃、铝板幕墙和玻璃采光顶及金属结构工程，其与建筑幕墙的安全性能紧密相连。具有更长久使用寿命的结构密封胶意味着对建筑幕墙更长久的守护。

近年来，我司在广州、深圳、上海、四川、沈阳、杭州等地调研约20余个既有幕墙项目工程，针对既有幕墙项目的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶，在调研中进行现场检查，部分进行了取样检测。现场按照GB166-ZOOS《建筑用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶》附录D进行硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶粘接性测试，测得硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶与基材粘结良好;取样后在实验室按JGJ/T 413中第4.6.4条进行重新粘结制成“H"形试件，进行拉伸粘结强度测试。以下是具体的调研和取样检测结果。

涉及广州、深圳、四川等10个项目，所用硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶经过2025年左右的使用后，仍然保持良好的性能，与基材保持良好的结构粘结，具有较好的硬度和弹性;其中有6个较典型的案例，具体如下。

我司于1997年建造的实体隐框玻璃幕墙，已经自然曝晒25年，对用于该实体幕墙的白云牌硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶进行检查和取样检测。测得标准条件下的拉伸粘结强度(重新粘结法)平均值1.12MPa(见表1)，仍远高于GB 16776中标准条件下拉伸粘结强度不低于0.60MPa的要求;硬度为48，弹性良好，测得最大强度伸长率平均值为115%，满足国家标准GB 16776中最大强度伸长率不低于100%的要求。无变脆情况发生，可以继续服役并能长期确保幕墙的安全。

四川凉山州某公司综合楼，半隐框玻璃幕墙使用白云牌硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶，建于2004年，幕墙服役13年时调研结果:硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶硬度在45左右，与基材粘接良好。割取胶样采用“重新粘结法”，测得标准条件下的拉伸强度平均值为0.9MPa，最大强度伸长率达170%，完全满足GB 16776中标准条件下拉伸粘结强度不低于0.60MPa及最大强度伸长率不低于100%的要求，可以继续使用。至今，幕墙已服役，使用状况良好，未出现任何失效状况。

广州某体育中心，全玻幕墙使用白云牌硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶，建于2001年，调研结果:开启扇硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶硬度在50左右，硬度适中。幕墙已服役21年，使用状况良好，未出现任何失效状况。

广州某大厦，隐框玻璃幕墙使用白云牌硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶，建于2002年，幕墙已服役20年。调研时发现:隐框玻璃幕墙硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶与基材粘接良好，硬度在45左右，仍具有较好的弹性，可以继续使用。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
