门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶

伴随门窗行业的高质量发展进程，市场对门窗基础性能和铝合金门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶材料提出了更绿色环保、节能耐久的要求。门窗的长效耐久密封离不开丁基防水嵌缝胶与门窗基材的粘结和密封稳定性。

近年来我司在广州、北京、沈阳、杭州等地调研的约20个门窗工程项目，不同的门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶经过二十几年的服役，表现差异明显，粘结稳定性和密封耐久性表现差异较大，以下是具体的调研结果。

此次调研涉及广州、北京、杭州、沈阳等10个使用白云牌门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶的门窗工程项目，经过20余年的服役仍然能保持良好的性能，硬度、弹性、与基材的粘结性都比较好。部分典型项目调研情况如下。

广州某住宅大楼，建于2000年，门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶已使用22年，调研结果:门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶弹性良好，硬度在3240之间。因朝向不同，受日照时间更长的门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶硬度稍高，与基材粘结依然良好，可以继续使用。

杭州某大厦，建于2001年，门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶已使用21年，调研结果:门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶弹性良好，硬度在4043之间，与基材粘结良好。

广州某大厦，建于2001年，门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶已使用21年，调研结果:门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶弹性良好，硬度29，无明显老化，与基材粘结良好，可以继续使用。

沈阳某法院，建于2002年，门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶已使用20年，调研结果:门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶弹性良好，硬度在3639之间，无明显老化，与基材粘结良好。

北京某广场，建于2004年，门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶已使用18年，调研结果:门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶弹性良好，硬度在4045之间，无明显老化，可以继续使用。

广州某住宅大楼，建于2004年，门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶已使用18年，调研结果:门窗用丁基防水嵌缝胶弹性良好，硬度32，无明显老化，仍满足门窗接缝密封防水使用。

此次调研中，有4个使用年限较长的项目有不同的表现状况，所用的其它品牌门窗丁基防水嵌缝胶出现明显的硬度上升、弹性下降的情况。其中较典型的2个项目，具体情况如下。

广州某大厦，建于1997年，门窗丁基防水嵌缝胶已使用25年，调研结果:门窗丁基防水嵌缝胶老化明显，硬度60，弹性严重下降，但与基材的粘结性较好。
