MS密封胶的性能改进

        提出了一种硅烷封端聚醚预聚物的制备方法,以有机锡和有机秘复配物为催化剂,以真空干燥后的聚丙二醇为原料、异氰酸醋基丙基三甲氧基硅烷为封端剂,将所述原料混合并搅拌均匀,进行催化合成反应,得到硅烷封端聚醚预聚物。

       以端经基聚醚和烯丙基聚醚醇等为原料、以异氰酸醋基丙基三乙氧基硅烷为封端剂、苛性碱为催化剂、二卤甲烷为扩链剂,通过扩链反应得到烯丙基封端的聚醚中间体,而后加人甲基二甲氧基硅烷,以铂系催化剂催化进行合成反应,得到硅烷封端聚醚预聚物。

       以叠氮封端聚醚与炔基硅烷为原料、亚铜类物质为催化剂,合成含有三氮哩结构的硅烷改性聚醚树脂。亚铜类物质价格便宜,反应成本低,并且产物分离提纯过程容易,易于工业化生产,所得MS密封胶具备优异的耐候性、抗紫外性能。

       国内还有通过对MS基础树脂改性来改性MS密封胶性能的研究思路,如通过调整“钟化MS聚合物”的合成工艺,制得动力茹度较低的树脂,获得低茹度MS密封胶,采用丙烯酸醋对MS树脂改性,以提高树脂的耐候性,通过在聚醋基MS密封胶基础树脂中引人具有双键的聚烯烃弹性体,来达到协效补强的作用。

       MS密封胶结构上含有端硅烷基和主链聚醚,主链为大分子纯醚链结构,具有良好的柔性、延伸性和耐水解性。相对于传统的聚氨酯密封胶和硅酮密封胶,MS密封胶在不用或少用溶剂或增塑剂的情况下,也能获得良好的工艺操作性能,可以在部分应用领域代替传统密封胶,具有很广泛的应用前景,目前已经成为我国密封胶领域的研究热点。国内对基础聚合物的研究较少,主要采用外购聚合物,通过研究配方对MS密封胶的性能进行改进。以下对常用的性能改进技术进行介绍。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
