开发了一种高强度透明型单组分聚氨酯密封胶，使用透明型硅烷改性聚醚类配方，对组分和制备工艺调整。所制备的环保型单组分聚氨酯密封胶，初固时间短、深层固化快，能够瞬时定位，提高了透明型单组分聚氨酯密封胶的操作性能和力学性能，且有效提高了透明型单组分聚氨酯密封胶的储存稳定性。
制备了一种环保型单组分聚氨酯密封胶，使用绿色除水剂分子筛代替硅烷类除水剂，获得本申请的产品更加环保，使用时对环境友好、表面可涂饰、不污染基材。
