本次风险监测，丁基防水嵌缝胶产品采样15批次，经检验含有有机锡的产品共8批次，检出率为53.3%。而对于金属锡，采样的15批次丁基防水嵌缝胶产品均含有金属锡，检出率为100%。从采样地点统计，批发市场4批次，检出有机锡3批次，检出率为75.0%;超市及商场检测7批次，有机锡检出4批次，检出率为57.1%;生产企业抽样1批次，检出率为100.0%;网络抽查产品2批次。

丁基防水嵌缝胶产品配置原料通常包括薪结料、稀释剂、增塑剂以及催化剂等。黍占结料是丁基防水嵌缝胶的主要组成成分，也被称作薪结物质，其决定了丁基防水嵌缝胶的性能，诸如耐热性、粘接强度等。增塑剂的主要作用是改善丁基防水嵌缝胶的韧性，其的使用可以提高胶接接头的抗剥离能力、耐寒性以及抗冲击能力。稀释剂的作用是对丁基防水嵌缝胶进行分散稀释，降低丁基防水嵌缝胶的薪度，使其更便于施工;同时其还能增加被粘材料和丁基防水嵌缝胶的浸润能力，使丁基防水嵌缝胶的使用寿命延长。催化剂的作用是加快丁基防水嵌缝胶的固化速度，使其在室温下很快发应生成成弹性体。常用的催化剂是有机锡催化剂，如二丁基二月桂酸锡、辛酸亚锡等。部分丁基防水嵌缝胶产品使用有机锡类催化剂，使得样品中会检测出有机锡，欧盟自2022年3月1日起限制丁酮肪和二丁基二月桂酸锡的使用，企业采用其他类催化剂代替有机锡催化剂，部分产品未检出有机锡。一部分有机锡化合物毒性大，能危及生物的生长甚至生存，在生产和使用过程中极易造成环境问题，其中对海洋环境影响最大，因此应加强对有机锡化合物的监测。

本次风险监测采用此法进行风险评估。通过系统的方法评估造成风险发生可能性的概率和严重程度。该方法的具体公式如下:

消费品危害的风险等级=伤害发生的可能性x伤害发生的严重程度其中，伤害发生的可能性分为hVIII共8个等级;伤害发生的严重程度按照从严重到轻微分为s,M,L,A等四个等级，s代表严重风险、M代表中等风险、L代表低风险、A代表可容许风险。
