在新车型导人过程中，需要核对车型作业人员，MS密封胶工序的人员定员往往是重点，人员定员过多，岗位作业不饱和，存在等待浪费;人员定员过少，则作业负荷过多，增加品质波动及停线风险，合适的岗位编程就显得尤为关键。我科室在大量测算、反复验证的基础上，形成MS密封胶作业工时模块化数据库，在此基础上，建立MS密封胶作业人员定员模型，以此来计算新车型导人时MS密封胶工序需求的作业人数以及当型作业规格发生变化时，计算相应增加的工时，衡量是否需要增加作业人员。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
