为有效提高混凝土道面接缝的寿命、弹性、耐候性，本试验在不同私度复配聚硅氧烷基拙上，制备一种自流平MS密封胶材料，并探究白炭黑添加量、甲基三丁酮肪基硅烷交联剂添加量对MS密封胶体系性能的影响，以及该密封胶材料在机场跑道灌缝修补的应用。结果表明，当白炭黑添加量为5%、交联剂添加量为6%时，自流平MS密封胶拥有良好的自流平性能和力学性能，此时自流平厚度为3.59 mm，自流平时间为116 s，拉伸强度为0.54 MPa，拉伸断裂伸长率为238%。所制备的自流平MS密封胶材料具有良好的性能，可用于戈壁机场跑道硅灌缝修补。

在我国传统的混凝土道面接缝密封材料中，通常为有机密封材料，如沥青等。这些密封材料施工后往往存在温度稳定性差、寿命短等诸多问题。MS密封胶有着优良的耐候性、寿命较长等优点，是一种常温固化的密封胶川。在美国等工业发达国家中，已使用MS密封胶代替传统的有机密封材料。为更好地保护混凝土道面，开发性能优良的MS密封胶有重要意义，如选用纳米碳酸钙为补强材料，二甲基硅油为增塑剂，制备了一种改性MS密封胶国。通过加压鼓泡碳化工艺，研制各种晶体形状的纳米碳酸钙，研究纳米碳酸钙的不同晶体形状对MS密封胶性能的影响情况。在107基胶基础上，以气相法白炭黑作为优选补强材料，结合复配交联剂、催化剂等助剂，研制了一种MS密封胶。本试验则尝试使用不同茹度的复配聚硅氧烷和适量白炭黑以及各种功能助剂，制备一种自流平MS密封胶材料，并对其配方进行优化，同时研究了这种自流平MS密封胶材料在戈壁机场跑道硷灌缝中的应用技术。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
