由图可知，随着自流平丁基防水嵌缝胶材料中添加的白炭黑逐渐增多，材料的自流平厚度和自流平时间均逐渐增加。当白炭黑添加量为1%时，自流平丁基防水嵌缝胶材料的自流平厚度和自流平时间分别是1.26 mm77 s。当白炭黑添加量为9%时，自流平丁基防水嵌缝胶材料的自流平厚度和自流平时间分别是7.64 mm147 s。由此可见，当白炭黑的添加量较少时，自流平丁基防水嵌缝胶材料可以有较好的流动性，自流平性能较好。

力学性能

为在不同白炭黑添加量情况下，使用万能试验机对自流平丁基防水嵌缝胶材料试样进行拉伸测试的结果。由图可知，随着自流平丁基防水嵌缝胶材料中添加的白炭黑增多，拉伸强度不断升高，且拉伸断裂伸长率也呈现出不断升高的变化趋势。当自流平丁基防水嵌缝胶材料中添加的白炭黑为1%时，材料拉伸力学性能较差，拉伸强度仅为0.32 MPa，此时的拉伸断裂伸长率则为208%。当白炭黑添加量增加到3%时，自流平丁基防水嵌缝胶材料试样的拉伸强度一定幅度提高，达到0.43 MPa，提高了34.38%。此时的拉伸断裂伸长率也有一定幅度提高，为232%，比1%白炭黑添加量时提高了11.54%。由此可见，白炭黑的添加，对这种自流平丁基防水嵌缝胶材料的补强效果明显。特别是当添加9%白炭黑时，自流平丁基防水嵌缝胶材料试样的拉伸强度已经达到0.77 MPa，是1%白炭黑添加量时的两倍以上。此时的拉伸断裂伸长率也达到276%，比1%白炭黑添加量时提高了32.69%。这是因为，气相法白炭黑材料的粒子尺寸较小，同时其比表面积较大，且含有较多的硅醇基。当将适量气相法白炭黑添加到自流平丁基防水嵌缝胶材料中时，在密封胶材料体系中，各白炭黑粒子之间可以构建出网络结构。同时，这些白炭黑粒子还可以和密封胶材料体系中的聚合物分子进行相互作用，增强材料体系中的界面粘接性。为保证密封胶材料的良好流动性，优选白炭黑添加量为5%％。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
