环境温度的影响
单组分聚氨酯密封胶是室温固化体系,通常在5一40℃的范围内可正常施工,环境温度过低,基材上易形成霜和冰,影响单组分聚氨酯密封胶的粘结性,高的环境温度对单组分聚氨酯密封胶也有不良影响,由于高温的影响,单组分聚氨酯密封胶的抗下垂性会变差,修整时间缩短,同时容易产生气泡为确认温度对修整时间的影响程度,笔者从市售的单组分聚氨酯密封胶随机选取5个样品于风速恒定的恒温恒湿室中试验,相对湿度设定50%,分别测试恒温10,23,30,40℃时的修整时间,从表可以看出,5个样品的修整时间都随着环境温度升高而缩短,温度越低,修整时间越长。5个样品在10}40℃时修整时间差异在2643min,由此可说明,温度对修整时间的影响显著。其中样品2在温度40℃,相对湿度50%时,修整时间较短,只有5min,施工难度提高。5个样品温度从30℃到40℃时,修整时间缩短明显,由23℃到10℃时修整时间延长明显通过试验可知温度是影响修整时间的一个重要因素,在可施工温度范围内,温度越高,单组分聚氨酯密封胶交联速度越快,修整时间越短,反之则越慢。适宜的温度有助于对其修整。
环境湿度的影响
单组分聚氨酯密封胶施胶后暴露于空气中,通过吸收空气中的水汽,交联剂水解后与107硅橡胶发生交联反应来固化,最终形成弹性体。单组分聚氨酯密封胶一般建议在相对湿度40%-80%的时候进行施工,过高的相对湿度可能会在基材表面上形成冷凝水膜,影响单组分聚氨酯密封胶与基材的粘结性,也可能使单组分聚氨酯密封胶形成气泡。在正常施工湿度范围内常会误认为湿度越大,单组分聚氨酯密封胶交联固化越快,表干时间和修整时间越短。笔者将选取7个市售单组分聚氨酯密封胶样品于风速恒定的恒温恒湿室中试验,设定温度23℃,调整恒温恒湿室的相对湿度在35%,50%,75%,85%时测试其修整时间。
从表可以看出,湿度变化时,对于不同产品呈现的规律不一致,样品2,3,5相对湿度越高,修整时间越短,样品1,4,6,7在相对湿度较低时,修整时间反而会更短。湿度对不同产品的修整时间影响存在差异,非湿度越大,修整时间越短,样品1,4,6,7是醇型单组分聚氨酯密封胶,在环境湿度高的环境下,由于水分充足,单组分聚氨酯密封胶表面的交联剂水解过快,造成硅醇局部浓度过高,在单组分聚氨酯密封胶表面倾向于自聚,而不倾向于与107硅橡胶上的轻基反应,所以样品1,4,6,7在高湿度下修整时间会相对较长,在湿度35%时表面交联速度快,修整时间合适7个样品从相对湿度35%到相对湿度85%时,修整时间差异在2264min,由此可说明,湿度对修整时间的影响同样显著。另外,有研究表明,醇型单组分聚氨酯密封胶的表干时间也有存在随环境相对湿度的增加而显著缩短的情况。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
