在轻客涂装车间作业现场，对门盖丁基防水嵌缝胶涂胶位进行观察，发现轻客车型的机盖、左右前车侧滑门以及左右后背门宽胶涂胶的作业人员均为同一个人。左前车门靠近轮罩弧度位置包边宽胶胶条开裂缺陷对应位置的涂胶要求为涂宽胶，宽胶胶条两头靠近边角处刮胶处理，确保包边缝隙涂有丁基防水嵌缝胶。因此，缺陷位置仅需要进行涂宽胶作业，作业内容相对简单，无需进行其他特殊操作。连续作业观察10台同样车型，发现作业人员严格按要求操作。左右前车结构对称，且仅左前车门固定位置出现包边宽胶胶条开裂，所有门盖的其他包边宽胶胶条并无异常，因此，此问题可以排除涂装厂程涂胶作业人员技能不足或者不按一艺要求作业的因素。我公司涂装车间使用的丁基防水嵌缝胶生产厂，丁基防水嵌缝胶产品的型一号为TESEAMPSN29x3，左前车门靠近轮罩弧度位置包边宽胶胶条开裂问题出现的时段，对应使用的丁基防水嵌缝胶生产批次。针对一该批次的丁基防水嵌缝胶，对材料的基本性能进行了测试，结果显示该批次丁基防水嵌缝胶基本性能达标，井且对应缺陷出现的位置及车型固定，因此排除因材料性能不佳导致左前车门包边宽胶出现开裂问题。当丁基防水嵌缝胶本身或者其输送系统混入分或者空气时，再经涂胶烘十炉预烘烤或面漆烘烤，在高温加热的作用下，丁基防水嵌缝胶中混入的水分或空气就会受热剧烈膨胀，从而产生小气泡，甚至可能会出现气泡破裂导致胶条开裂的情况，因此需要分别进行排查。首先，为了排查丁基防水嵌缝胶材料本身是否吸潮或者生产厂家在封装时是否混人空气，针对此批次丁基防水嵌缝胶，从新开封的胶桶内挖取一定量的丁基防水嵌缝胶涂布在色板上，井用刮板轻刮多次。发现丁基防水嵌缝胶表面外观致密且均匀，轻刮无明显气孔出现二再将轻刮多次的色板放到橇体上，随生产线经过涂胶烘十炉预烘十及面漆烘十的烘烤，发现涂布在色板上的丁基防水嵌缝胶烘烤后呈米自色，颜色表现正常，无过烘现象(过烘即过度烘烤，一般出现在设备异常长时间烘烤或烘十炉温度过高时，丁基防水嵌缝胶颜色一般会发黄，严重时甚至会变成浅棕色)。而且并没有气泡或者丁基防水嵌缝胶开裂问题，因此排除丁基防水嵌缝胶材料本身混人水或者空气的可能。再对输送系统进行排查，发现胶桶与输胶泵之间、输胶泵与输送管路之间以及输送管路与末端胶枪之间的连接，肉眼观察并无明显异常，压力在工艺要求范围内，也无丁基防水嵌缝胶泄漏情况。因此，采用上述类似排查方法，直接从末端胶枪处挤出一定量的丁基防水嵌缝胶到色板上，随生产线经过预烘烤和面漆烘烤一几序。发现挤出到色板上的丁基防水嵌缝胶胶条烘烤后呈米自色，颜色正常，无过烘现象，且没有气泡或胶条开裂问题。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
