此外,对一该批次车身生产连续性进行了排查。发现该批次车辆均在涂完MS密封胶当天或次日上午便经过了涂胶烘十炉预烘烤,且与面漆喷涂烘烤时间均不超过24 h。MS密封胶涂抹后停留时间相对较短,放置导致受潮的可能性不大。井且,如果因为长时间停产放置导致受潮,应当表现为整车上所有的MS密封胶胶条均有可能出现异常,而不是仅出现在固定的车型以及固定的位置。另外,车门靠轮罩弧度位置的包边MS密封胶胶条开裂呈现出长裂缝(长达10 cm左右)井非胶气泡炸裂产生的短裂缝(一般长度小于1,因此经过上述试验验证和理一沦分析,基本排除MS密封胶材料自身混入空气或者水分、输送系统混入空气或水分以及涂胶后长时间放置导致吸潮的可能性。
