       针对左右前车门外板进行面漆炉温测试,发现左右前车门外板的升温速率及件温度并无显著性差异;并且为了节能降耗,在不突破工艺范围的前提下现场实际采用的是偏中下线的烘烤温度和烘烤时间,井不会产生过烘的情况,因此排除面漆烘烤时左右两侧存在差异或者过烘的可能性,但左前车门包边硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶宽胶胶条开裂问题产生的序确实出现在面漆烘烤冷却的过程中。

       结合上述涂装程的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶材料、硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶输送设备、硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶涂位作业人员等相关条件的试验验证、现场摸排以及理论分析,基本可以排除涂程内部异常的可能性,因此需要继续往前序排查。由于涂装程面漆烘烤冷却后左前车门包边宽胶胶条产生开裂异常,应为该处饭金结构在烘烤冷却的过程中释放的应力超过硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的抗拉伸强度,因此推测可能是左右前车门的包边压合程度或者硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶涂抹存在差异二针对此两种可能性,首先对左右前车门靠近轮罩对应的弧度位置包边涂抹硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶之前的状态又进行了观察,连续观察5台,发现左右前车门宽胶胶条开裂对应位置的包边贴合程度肉眼观察没有可见差异,包边的宽度也均为5-6 mm,包边后前车门内外板贴合缝隙目视相当;又去焊装程的左右前车门包边硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶涂抹和包边滚压的作业现场进行了观察,发现御风车型的左右前车门的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶涂抹是左右分开的两个位,作业人员也是左右分别一个人,左右一卜位连续观察5个前车门的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶涂抹发现,左前车门涂抹的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶宽度3 mm左右,右前车门涂抹硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶宽度2 mm,都在艺范围内,但是发现左侧涂抹长度明显较右侧短。联系焊装一艺一起现场确认发现,左侧硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶涂抹长度不能满足艺要求,右侧长度正常(在两头包边变窄的位置断涂,防止涂装烘烤后包边硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶溢胶)。

       为了验证是否为左前车门对应位置包边硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶涂抹较短导致缺陷,要求焊装几程立即整改,要求左侧车门外板硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶涂抹长度保持和右侧长度一致,后续跟踪发现整改后的御风车型左前车门靠轮罩弧度位置的包边硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶宽胶胶条开裂问题消除二因此,分析左前车门包边硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶开裂问题产生的根本原因为该处硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶缺失,导致该处饭金的强度不足,从而导致该处饭金在面漆烘烤冷却过程中,由于热胀冷缩释放的应力超过了硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶的抗拉伸强度,进而导致硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶沿着包边缝隙被撕裂产生长裂缝问题。机械、钢结构等产生大风量低浓度喷漆废气的行业,也具有阔的推)应用前景。
