       MS密封胶粘接促进剂是含有有机官能团和可水解基团的反应性硅烷,分子式通常表示为RSiX3,其中R为反应性官能团,X为可水解基团,如甲氧基、乙氧基或乙酞氧基。该类硅烷通常以配方总质量的0.2%03%的比例添加,以实现粘接促进效果。其作用机理是在硅酮大分子网络与基材界面之间形成化学键,起到“分子桥”的连接作用。常用的粘接促进剂包括氨基烷基硅烷、环氧烷基硅烷、琉基烷基硅烷、脉基烷基硅烷、丙烯酸醋硅烷及氰酸醋硅烷等,其中以氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550),氨乙基氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-792)和缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(IH-560三类最为常见。

       氨基类硅烷(如IH-550,IH-792)可有效促进MS密封胶对玻璃、金属等基材的粘接,并具有一定催化作用,可加快表干速度,但易引起胶体黄变环氧基类偶联剂(如IH-560)通用性较好,具有较优的粘接性能与耐老化性能,但固化起效速度相对较慢;长烷基链类偶联剂(如十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷)可提高密封胶的疏水性及断裂伸长率,降低模适用于低模量、高弹性的应用场景。粘接促进剂的复配与用量对MS密封胶性能的影单一粘接促进剂通常难以同时兼顾粘接性能、耐老化性能与贮存稳定性。研究表明,复配粘接促进剂(如KH-550与KH-792按一定比例复配)能够提升MS密封胶对难粘基材(如氟碳喷涂铝材、不锈钢、聚苯乙烯等)的粘接效果,并改善其耐水、耐热老化性能。复合型粘接促进剂(例如甲基三甲氧基硅烷与KH-550的水解缩合物)可显著提高在高温高湿环境下的粘接保持率。圈选取了y-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N尹-氨乙基-y-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、共聚型低聚双氨基烷基硅烷及复配氨基硅烷四种常用氨基硅烷粘接促进剂,并采用氟碳喷涂铝材、不锈钢工件(304,201,202),喷涂钢板及喷涂玻璃等多种基材,系统研究了粘接促进剂对MS密封胶粘接性能的影响。结果表明,采用复配型粘接促进剂可显著提升MS密封胶对难粘基材的粘接性能。http://www.sdyuantai.com/
